In 1983 I was fortunate enough to purchase the building that is Beachside Realty. We have successfully worked with Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Landlords for 39 years. And we are not slowing down!!! This is my third career. I was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and where I taught High School and Junior College. Then I bravely launched my singing career which took me all over the world including Okinawa, Japan, Taiwan, the Philippines, England, Scotland, France, Australia, New Zealand, Las Vegas, and many venues in Ontario and Quebec. Although Real Estate is my passion the love of singing never left. I currently am the Musical Director at Unity Community Church in Edgewater and sing with an 18 piece orchestra called the Moonlighters.

Born in Rhode Island, Peter attended Stetson University where he got his undergraduate/graduate degree and Masters in Music. He spent the early part of life traveling around the world performing Classico Opera in Opera Houses.
The Real Estate bug led him to buy investment property. When he retired from his music career, he became the general manager for 15 yrs. at the Garlic Restaurant in New Smyrna Beach.
